Cecily Lerner
My passion for community service began at age 8 when I volunteered at a charity telethon. Since my professional nonprofit career kicked off in 1998, I've developed a comprehensive portfolio of experiences and skills that inform my practice. I’m a fundraiser at heart. That means I look at my work through a fund development lens. I can’t help it.
In my current capacity, I provide consultative, freelance, and interim services to nonprofit organizations of all shapes and sizes. I have my finger on the pulse of today’s impact sector and I’m good at helping clients develop more effective leaders, improve fundraising outcomes, and build capacity to do more meaningful work in our community. I care about your success. It's my world, too.
When I’m not preoccupied with how to help you be even more awesome, I’m probably taking a writing class, reading a fiction novel, or spending time with my family.
